Hiring: Construction Site Labourer – Experienced & Reliable Only David Weenen Design Build Inc. is looking for a serious, experienced Construction Site Labourer for renovation projects in downtown Toronto. If you’re just looking for cash work, asking about pay before proving yourself, or need constant supervision—this is NOT the job for you. The position starts at $25.00 per hour , 40 + hours per week. Reviews are after the first 3 months of work providing your attendance is consistent. Must-Haves (Please Do NOT Apply Unless You Meet ALL of These): ✅ Full G Ontario Driver’s License – No demerit points ✅ Comfortable driving windowless vans ✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential renovations ✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision ✅ Over 25 years old (for insurance purposes) ✅ Self-starter – Takes initiative and gets the job done What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) Driving company vehicles to transport tools and materials ️ Site cleanup, material handling, and basic tool use You will need your own basic tools and PPE ️ Demolition, site preparation, digging, framing, and general construction tasks What We Offer: ✅ Steady, legal work with a well-established company ✅ Competitive pay based on real experience and ability ✅ A professional, no-BS work environment If your first question is "When is payday?" or "Is it cash?" – don’t bother applying.
