Experience required in most of the following: - carpentry framing - carpentry finishing - insulation and vapour barrier - installing drywall - patching or taping - installing doors and frames - installing ceramic tile - minor forming and concrete work - roofing - siding - aluminum flashing including break operation - window installation - reading and understanding plans a huge plus Training provided to complete your list of skills if required. Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools to perform carpentry and construction tasks effectively. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. Install various materials while adhering to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Conduct restoration and maintenance work as required, ensuring high-quality finishes. Estimate materials and labor needs on site.
