Join Our Team – Plant & Yard Custodian Location: Winnipeg, MB Company: Multicrete Precast Inc. Starting Wage: $20/hour Job Type: Full-time Multicrete Precast Inc. is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Plant & Yard Custodians. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations and cleanliness of our precast plant facilities. Forklift and/or Bobcat operation experience is considered a strong asset. Key Responsibilities: • Primary Duties (Plant Areas – 2 locations): • Prepare Lego Block forms to receive leftover concrete • Strip hardened concrete blocks from forms • Clean, oil, and prepare forms for next use • Safely move and stack hardened blocks in designated outdoor areas • Secondary Duties: • Clean and sweep the West and East plant areas • Maintain cleanliness of the Carpenter and Steel Shop areas • Clean the steel tying area on the east side of the plant • Tertiary Duties: • Pick up and stack dunnage throughout the yard • Remove large concrete pieces to prevent damage to vehicle tires • Perform other general duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic • Ability to perform physical labour in an outdoor and indoor environment • Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions • Experience operating forklifts or Bobcats is an asset Why Join Us? • Competitive starting wage • Opportunities for training and growth • Supportive team environment • Stable, full-time employment with a respected precast manufacturer To Apply: Submit your resume to erheaume@multicreteprecast.com
