Overview Letts Paint is looking for PART TIME painters to join our team! Please see below descriptions for either job 1 (senior) or 2 (junior). As a SENIOR painter candidate, you: - are able to travel to job sites from Kanata to Orleans, and own a vehicle (required) - are adaptable to an inconsistent work schedule, depending on demand - are experienced in customer experience, including liaising, communicating, and setting expectations regularly with home owners (required) - have 2+ years experience in painting (required) - are skilled in painting techniques including cutting and backrolling (required) - have led and/or supervised a team on site (required) - demonstrate perseverance, initiative, and attention to detail (examples will be requested) **Compensation ranges from $25-$30 per hour depending on level of experience As a JUNIOR painter candidate, you: - are able to travel to job sites from Kanata to Orleans (minimum), and own a vehicle (preferred, not required) - are adaptable to an inconsistent work schedule, depending on demand - are experienced in customer experience (minimum), including liaising, communicating, and setting expectations regularly with home owners (preferred, not required) - have some experience general labour (minimum); preference will given to those with 6 months-2 years painting experience (preferred) - are skilled in painting techniques including cutting and backrolling (preferred, not required) - have been part of a team in the labour industry (examples will be requested) - demonstrate perseverance, initiative, and attention to detail (examples will be requested) **Compensation ranges from $17.20-$25 per hour depending on level of experience We are not accepting subcontractors at this time.
