The role will involve managing conflict resolution and de-escalating aggressive individuals. ● Source out suppliers and materials to get estimate for repairs. ● Manage property records, leases, and maintenance requests. Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups. Administer damage deposits. Ensure compliance with real estate regulations. ● Compile and maintain accounting/invoicing procedures such as expenses and incomes. ● Conduct research on residential properties for the purpose of purchasing or investing into residential properties/projects. Terms of employment: Permanent Language of work: English Wage (must include any incremental raises, performance pay or bonuses): ● $ 35.40 per hour for 30 hours per week ● Possibility of a 10% commission over monthly rent for any tenants referred by an employee. Possibility of a $500.00 commission for any house referred by an employee that is purchased by the company.
