Defective 2014 Chevrolet Volt to pick up with a trailer

Need a tow truck to come pick it up ideally (unless you live less than 5km from St-Foy Toyota). For a handyman or for parts. The car cannot move on its own (it can barely drive 1km and then breaks down). The issue seems to be with the transmission, according to what I was told.
