Café Helper + Cleaner Do you take pride in a space that’s clean, calm, and cared for? Are you someone who notices what needs to be done and just does it? Chef Nina’s Creative Kitchen is a community-rooted food business located inside BE Café & Barkery, a welcoming café for people and pups. We’re looking for someone to help us close things down properly on Sundays and keep the space fresh and ready for the week ahead. This is consistent, meaningful work where your efforts directly support our nourishing mission. This role includes: Sunday evenings (café closes Sundays): • Wash and put away dishes • Shut down the kitchen fully and properly • Light reset so space is ready for Monday Monday daytime (matinée clean): • Full café clean • Take out garbage • Final reset and freshen up for the week Plus, 1x per week: • Home cleaning floors, bathroom, kitchen, dishes, laundry, general upkeep — flexible timing You are: • Reliable and detail-oriented • Comfortable with both light and heavy cleaning tasks • Able to work independently and take ownership of the role • Someone who wants meaningful, consistent work Total Hours: 10–15 per week • Sunday evening (after close) • Monday daytime • Other hours flexible (Tues–Thurs best) Location: BE Café & Barkery, 9 Richwil Rd., Hamilton Compensation: Hourly wage based on experience and reliability.
