The padding is made from high density foam and is the perfect cushioning you need for those big lifts. It has rubberized feet for stability and floor protection. It weights around 35-40lbs and is rated for about 1000lbs. Finished with the classic Northern Lights beautiful grey powder coating. This bench is reliable and will last a lifetime.
