The Role: Business Development Associate Weâre hiring a smart, driven, and strategic Business Development Associate to support the next stage of Total Lifeâs growth. This is a high-impact role where youâll work directly with leadership on strategic partnerships, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, and investor relations. This is the ideal role for someone with 1â3 years in consulting or banking who wants to get out of the spreadsheet and into the action. Youâll help identify new growth opportunities, close deals, and scale relationships that matter â all while building the internal infrastructure that supports it. Whether you want to own a department, launch a new line of business, or step into a strategic leadership role, this is a place where high performers get real opportunity â fast. đ„ What Youâll Do Support partnership development across partners, health systems, and senior care organizations Create sales materials, pitch decks, and internal strategy docs for meetings and proposals Research market opportunities, build lead pipelines, and track performance Help coordinate and run partnership calls, follow-ups, and deal progression Support go-to-market strategy for new service lines and regions Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and finance teams Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives to launch new service lines and growth opportunities.
