Facilitate Agile ceremonies: planning, prioritization, review, and retrospective, 3. Ensure the team adheres to the Scrum framework, methodology, and Agile principles, 4. Monitor and protect the team's capacity, 5. Continuously propose upcoming improvements to increase team velocity. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in information technology, including 5 years in a Scrum Master role. PMI-ACP Scrum Master certification. Hold a university bachelor's degree (BAC) in information technology or business administration, or equivalent. Recent professional experience (within the last 36 months) with proficiency in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps. Professional level French (written and spoken). Ability to pass a criminal background check. Ability to travel within the Quebec City area.
