Sleeper sectional from the brick

Amazing sleeper sectional with pull open storage under one side as well as a pull out bed on the other. Threads are pulled out on one cushion may be repairable I’m not sure. It’s been in a storage unit for a few years. I’m moving and cannot take it with me. Few stains from being in storage but most likely will be able to be steam cleaned out.
