I am looking to rent these 2 completely furnished look rooms to a Christian female Student. 150.00 a week . The first 2 months I will hold half the rent as security deposit and give them 50%back when they move out as long as all items provided are their and no damage to room or furniture and appliances upon inspection . The room includes private dedicated internet . The student must use appliances in room and store food in fridges and cupboard provided. If stove is required they can use my stove and cookware . Wash dishes daily and must keep rooms clean. They will be inspected monthly. There is 1 1/2 baths and we will be sharing bathroom space. They are expected to share in the duties of keeping the bathrooms clean. Must be pet friendly as I have Earl living here. All rental placement will be in trial basis for first 60 days. If after 30 days all is good I will either start the process to add them as an occupant on my lease as required by my property management or I will give 30 day notice and return the security deposit for them .
