room for rent

Room for rent in Bradford . only month to month term looking for a female renter for as soon as possible or for February 1st as my sons stuff is currently being removed from the room . I have a young son so I’m very particular about who would be coming into our house . Would like a female who would be working or in school full time . No pets , No drugs or smoking want a peaceful atmosphere no problems someone without a criminal record. It can be long term if it works out but for my piece of mind I want a month to month to start in case things don’t work out and the renter turns out to not be a good influence to be in the same home as my son. I have animal as well . No parking spaces unfortunately. 1200$ includes internet and utilities or it can be 1000$ but internet wouldn’t be provided and utilities would be split up separately each month . You have full use of kitchen and bathroom . You have a built in closet in the bedroom as well . There is a single bed in the room right now that I can keep in there for use . Also have a table that can be added that slides under bed so you can use while you’re in bed doing school work or working I can also get a dresser so no need to bring any furniture. Also in terms of having guests I literally myself never have anyone over except family Sometimes not usually very rare occurrence. So I wouldn’t be opposed to occasional Company if ran by me . My main concern is my son and making sure he is safe at all times . The last few pictures are how it currently looks with all my sons belonging as I mentioned I am taking everything out to the other room so it will be empty except the bed .
