Lots of help needed!

Hi, I am pleaing for help for my senior step father who has been hospitalized with 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his back and arms and looking at a very long recovery. He is in need a new to him trailer. He has cats and he doesn't want to remove them and can't take them to an apartment and has someone looking after them now until he is able again but don't know how long that will be. His place now needs to be condemned and we don't have room to put him up and a home is not an option as he is still very active. We are not a rich family at all. Working poor is what some would say. If anyone has anything that can be livable or with a little work and moved to a trailer court in NG and not too much money for it, we would love to hear from you. Just a one bedroom is great. He will need furniture as well, not a lot. A couch, table, bed, dresser, and a TV. Clothes size XL and pants 42 waist.
