You’ll play a key part in ensuring our new drivers are well-prepared, confident, and safety-focused. Responsibilities • Operate trucks safely and efficiently on assigned routes. • Provide hands-on training for new drivers, including company procedures, safety protocols, and best practices. • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections. • Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation. • Ensure compliance with all safety and transportation regulations. • Support onboarding processes for new hires when required. Requirements Job Requirements: Qualifications • Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence with a clean driving abstract. • Minimum 3 years of professional truck driving experience. • Dump truck experience preferred. • Previous experience training or mentoring drivers is an asset. • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
