SALSA DANCE CLASSES LEVEL 1 + 1.5

Description

So this NEW series will accommodate the following student: You just completed the 4 wk level 1 and want more fundamentals but without having to redo level 1 again. You took a level 1 a while back and just want to advance a bit faster to continue what you started but not feel overwhelmed. you want to challenge level 1 and advance a bit quicker. You have partner danced before and have the lead or follow role understood. This is a 5 hour series (over 4 weeks) that progresses each class. There is review of level 1 to start and as well to start each class to keep good practice of your fundamentals. This series will continue to challenge your brain to pickup new patterns with the rhythms in your footwork. Here are more details of the content covered in the session: Body movement & proper Cuban basic. More lead and follow techniques How to dance to Clave. More timing exercises. Partnering technique including how to cue. Patterns that test more of your handwork vs footwork. Dance etiquette on the social dance floor.
