Can Anyone Help..?

This is probably a huge ask, and honestly, I never imagined I'd be writing something like this. But I'm reaching out in the hope that there might be some good-hearted people out there, and maybe someone can help. Over the years, I've done my best to help people and communities whenever I could. Now, for the first time, I'm the one who desperately needs help. I've become disabled and can no longer work, which has meant losing more than $30,000 a year in income. My wife also lost her job in January. She has been trying—really trying—to find work of all kinds, but unfortunately, nothing has worked out yet. We're doing everything we can to get by, but right now we're facing something we simply can't afford: tires for our only vehicle. The tires we have are almost completely bald, and this vehicle is our only way of getting me to my medical appointments and get daughter to school. We don't have the money to replace them, and I'm genuinely scared about what happens if we can't find a safe way to keep our vehicle on the road. So, with as much humility as I can muster, I'm asking if anyone have a set of four all season tires (245 60R18) they no longer need..? Even used tires with some life left in them would mean more to us than I could possibly put into words. We're hoping for free or very close to it, because that's honestly all we can manage right now. I hate asking. I really do. I've always been more comfortable being the person who helps than the person who needs help. But I'm putting my pride aside and begging for a little kindness. If you can help, know someone who might have tires sitting around, or even just share this post so it reaches the right person, we would be incredibly grateful.
