Looking for someone to take over my lease from February 1 in a bright and spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment located right in Downtown Winnipeg.
Included in the rent: internet, hydro, water. The building also has an indoor pool. The room is unfurnished but I can sell my bedroom furniture if needed. Also if you need parking, indoor parking is available for an extra $63.
The lease ends on April 30. You can choose to renew the lease if you'd like to.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with 2 female roommates in their mid 20s who work full time. You will share the washroom with one of them.
