Due to health reasons I’m unable to stay in my rental I’m looking for some roommates to take care of my place . It’s a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in picton . Contact for details looking for roommates asap no background checks show me the money ideally looking for 4 people .The other tenants in the building accommodate 6-7 shouldn’t be a problem here ! The downfall is you will have to sleep with ear plugs due to smoke alarms and partying there is a parking spot but be best if you have a scooter or dirtbike as a vehicle is not safe in parking lot unless you want to contact your insurance company weekly. But I did mention it’s a beautiful apartment and cheap boarding . OPP are at the building daily should you have any problems
