Coach Tony - Head Trainer & Technical Coach: - 8 years of experience as a head coach and technical coach at grassroots level. - My assistant and I are currently offering private sessions to adults from 19-40 years of age. We offer personalized training sessions within an environment wherein enthusiasts and current players of all skill levels are able to: - Maintain and enhance their physical fitness. - Refine their technical skills. - Engage in position specific training. Training Session Options: - First session free. - Private (1-on-1): $40 for 1hr. - Semi-Private (2-3 players): $30 per player for 1hr15mins. - Small Group (4-6 players): $25 per player for 1hr30mins.
