Need Help with Surface Pro 5 - BitLocker Issue hi Fam. I have a Surface Pro 5 that I haven't used in quite a while. Recently, I tried to turn it on, but it keeps getting stuck on a stop code error and keeps rebooting. After some research, I found out that the C: drive is encrypted with BitLocker, which is preventing me from installing a fresh OS. The problem is, I don’t remember enabling BitLocker on it, and I don’t have the recovery key. So, I'm not sure how to go about reinstalling the operating system. If anyone has experience with this or can guide me on how to fix this issue, I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks so much in advance!
