Need a basement suite framed? I’m Al owner of Booyard Boarders LTD, a local Calgary contractor. Keeping it simple: I show up on time, work hard, and get it done right. I supply the material and labor. Here is the price, no surprises. Prices include the framing of a full basement suit - Bedroom/s, Kitchen, Living room, Bathroom, closets/storage space, all the necessary wood, screws and materials needed. I can also knock off a few $$$ off the price if you want to supply your own materials. Framing can be completed within 1 - 3 days. All up to code, inspection pass guaranteed. The Deal: -1 Bedroom Suite: $2300 -2 Bedroom Suite: $2600 -3 Bedroom Suite: $2900 That covers the framing work only. If your project needs extras like insulation, resilience channels, sound proofing, bulkheads, drywall, mud, tape, paint etc I can do those as well within a separate quote.
