Looking to improve your classic technique, efficiency, and endurance this winter? I am an experienced female classic cross-country ski coach with many years of training and racing experience, including championship wins in Europe. I coach skiers of all levels — from beginners to competitive athletes. What I Offer • Classic skiing technique (kick & glide, diagonal stride, double poling) • Video technique analysis • Race preparation & pacing • Ski selection & waxing basics • Youth, adult, and recreational coaching • One-on-one or small group sessions Rates • Private (1 hour): $80 • Private (1.5 hours): $105 • Small group (2–4 people): $50 per person / hour Location: Toronto & surrounding areas (Open to meeting at groomed trails upon request).
