Semi retired, 28 years in the trade, looking to take on my own jobs,large or small including new builds. Well versed in all aspects of prep and repairs related to the trade, including drywall repairs, fire and water damage. I also refinish cabinets and vanities, and install basic trim, i.e., baseboard and fascia around door and window frames. The house in the pics was done inside and out. Interior was completely redone top to bottom including kitchen cabinets for resale. The dark oak trim and door frames were converted to white painted. The fireplace brick was German Whitewashed, the mantle was primed and painted and the old tacky brass surround was cleaned and sprayed out in black heatproof paint to modernize. White ceiling in the dining room was tinted slightly with the wall colour to make the plaster crown mould and the plaster medallion on the ceiling pop It's the little touches that matter. All estimates in person and free. No mess, no fuss, just fine finish workmanship.
