Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse or Registered Clinical Nurse Class A (RNCA) / Forensic Psychiatry - Community Reintegration Location: Campbellton, NB Department: Forensic Psychiatry - Community Reintegration Start Date: As soon as possible End Date: Permanent full-time Languages: French essential and English spoken Mileage and accommodation: Not covered. Signing bonus up to $25,000 upon contract signature Salary: Between $70K and $80K annually. We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Registered Clinical Nurse in Forensic Psychiatry - Community Reintegration who is looking for a permanent position to join the team at Restigouche Hospital Centre. Requirements: Registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick; Valid certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS); Certificate in suicide prevention and management in psychiatric settings, or willingness to obtain it within established timelines; Non-Violent Intervention Training (CPI) – Advanced Techniques, or commitment to complete the training according to set timelines; Leadership qualities, sound judgment, decision-making skills, and adaptability; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Physical ability to perform assigned duties; Good previous work record (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethics principles, management philosophy of the Vitality Health Network, and organizational values; Respect for confidentiality policies of the Vitality Health Network.
