Caretaker-Type Help Offered

Hello, I’m looking for a quiet place to park a small trailer for the summer somewhere in Southwestern Ontario, Muskoka, or possibly as far north as Parry Sound. I’m semi-retired and an aspiring (unpublished) artist who enjoys rural environments and peaceful surroundings. I’m hoping to find a mutually beneficial arrangement where I can stay for the summer while helping with property care and maintenance. In exchange for a place to park my trailer (and water access if available), I’m happy to help with a variety of tasks around your property. Skills and experience include: • Landscaping, gardening, and yard cleanup • Carpentry and basic property/home maintenance • Small engine repair and general mechanical ability • Painting and small repair projects • Experience using many tools and equipment • Property watching or caretaking while you’re away A little about me: • Non-smoker • No parties or loud activity • Quiet and respectful lifestyle • Healthy, fit, and enjoy staying active • Reliable and respectful of other people’s land and privacy I keep a very low footprint and simply hope to spend the summer somewhere peaceful while working on my art and contributing where I can.
