LOOKING FOR 3+ BEDROOM

Hello!!

 

I am a single mom of two children ages 4&9.

I have lived at my current home for almost 9 years but we have outgrown it..I absolutely love my neighbours so it has been extremely difficult to search for a new home…

 

I can afford $1500/month

 

Backyard is a must (we have a trampoline & a swing set)

 

I have always taken care of my own lawn maintenance & snow removal (I’ve also shovelled 3 of my neighbours driveways for the last few years)..

I own my own washer & dryer. I can get a fridge/stove if needed..

 

My children cannot share a room as 1. Current room is too small. 2. They are 5 years different in age..& 3. My youngest has potential adhd & autism so she needs her own space..(she currently shares a room with me).

 

I am on ODSP. But I have never missed a rent payment in the 13 years I’ve lived on my own..(I have great references)
