Room for rent

Private Room for Rent — Available November 1 The room comes with its own private bathroom, providing your own personal space and added privacy. I travel frequently for work, so you’ll often have the entire place to yourself while I’m away, offering more privacy and independence than a typical room rental. Prime location: Located directly across the street from Uptown Plaza, with shopping, restaurants, groceries, services, transit and everyday amenities right at your doorstep. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. I am looking for a female that is clean, respectful and reliable. Details: • Move-in: November 1 • ️ One private bedroom • Private bathroom • Frequent periods of having the entire place to yourself while I’m away for work travel • Across from Uptown Plaza • Ideal for a working professional • Also a great fit for a student • Wifi included • Utilities split and can range from $60-100 per month Pet Policy • Visiting pets do occasionally come over, so applicants must be comfortable around dogs/cats. • Due to the visiting pets, unfortunately I can't accept anymore pets. • If you are allergic to or uncomfortable around animals, this rental may not be the right. • If this sounds like a good fit, send me a message with a little about yourself and we can set up a time to chat further, to see if we are a good fit!
