Welcome to your comfortable, peaceful and centrally located place - Preferable for female students Rent for the room: Option1: $1200/month if you are the only person living in the room. Option2: $1400/month if you want to share the room with a room-mate; if you want, I will set another bed (single-size) in the room then. - Featuring a spacious queen-size bedroom with a shared bathroom (it is almost private right now; in future there can be another person using this bathroom; it is also semi-attached since the room and the bathroom are separated from the rest of the home by a divider), walk-in closet, and custom heating. Enjoy shared common areas in a peaceful home on a quiet street with free roadside parking and easy highway access. - Private fridge, microwave and coffee-maker just next to the room - Wifi included - Utility shared - 15-20 min to YVR Airport & and about 10-12 min to Ferries. - 35-40 min to Downtown Vancouver (e.g. about 35 minutes to Langara College) - 5 min to shopping mall. - Steps away to Public transit. The space This 3-storey home features with 2 spacious and bright private bedrooms located on the top floor, thoughtfully designed for comfort; my husband and I (old couple) live in one of the 2 rooms. Your room includes a queen-size bed with a comfortable hybrid mattress, LED reading lights, a full bathroom (shared but almost private) with standing shower. Under no circumstances can anyone other than the guests listed on the booking stay on the property, without notice. Guests have shared access to a living and dining area on the main floor. If you need to use kitchen, it is shared and located on the main floor where you can have electric kettle, stoves and basic cutlery. Washer and dryer are available with some minimum weight load (usually once a week). Guest access Host will be present to provide necessary keys on the first day. Security money (depends on the duration of the stay) to be paid while receiving the keys and it will be returned while returning the keys, given that nothing in the property is damaged. During your stay We respect your privacy and strive to provide a comfortable, independent stay. At the same time, we’re available around the clock to assist you with any questions or needs. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. - No party and no loud music are allowed. Other things to note To ensure the comfort and privacy of all our guests please note the following: - Kindly remove footwear indoors, especially in carpeted areas - We expect you to keep the property neat and clean - You must not leave the toilet dirty (which is made by you) behind. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please keep noise to a minimum. - Visitors are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests and residents.
