Love kombucha and want to learn how to make it at home with confidence? After many requests over the years, I’m hosting my first in-home kombucha workshop in west Edmonton. I’ve been continuously brewing kombucha since 2016 using the same culture. No mold issues, no bugs, no restarts. Over the years I’ve sold many dozens of starters locally and helped plenty of people begin brewing successfully at home. This workshop will be a relaxed, hands-on way to learn the process, taste finished kombucha, and go home ready to start your own brew. This will be a fun, relaxing evening around my kitchen table, similar to a tasting night. Space is intentionally limited so everyone can clearly see the demonstration and ask questions. ✅ What’s included: • Guided tasting of several finished kombuchas • Live demonstration of setting up your first brew, and bottling • All-organic starter liquid and pellicle (SCOBY) to take home • Printed step-by-step instructions and recipe • Time for questions and troubleshooting Launch price: $75* per person for the *first 10–12 participants* ($100 per person afterward) Group size: 5–6 participants Location: My home in west Edmonton (address shared after booking) No experience needed. You’ll leave knowing exactly what to do and what to expect during your first brew. Interested? Send me a message and I’ll add you to the interest list. First potential workshop date will be Tuesday, February 3. ️
