It works every muscle in your body; I teach you 4 styles of kickboxing then we have a circuit around the room for 1-minute intervals of cross training then self-defense moves then amazing ABS I have been teaching this class for the past 20 + yrs. running new programs every 6 wks. NO EQUIPMENT (I SUPPLY IT) Kickboxers have incredible bodies because they unlike most athletes, use all aspects of fitness: muscular strength and endurance, speed of movement, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, flexibility, body composition, motor skills etc and with an added bootcamp style circuit this is the workout for YOU!!!
