Challenging times require a shift in thinking .Working together on a backup plan is far better then not having one,like a spar tire . We area group with widely divers skills most part time with small trailers ext or in spare rooms when on extended time on the ranch. Most of our group feel its good to have a emergency place if needed for whatever reason. Economic conditions are making it harder and harder and it looks like its not going to get much better any time soon . If interested lets talk.
