Hi! My name is Yash I am a Journeyman Refrigeration and HVAC Mechanic. I provide a repair and maintenance program (not replacement) for the people of Edmonton and the surrounding area. I can repair and maintainin your: - Residential and commercial refrigerators/ freezers; - Both high-efficiency and low-efficiency furnaces; - Hot water tanks; - Make-up air units and exhaust fans; - Commercial roof-top HVAC units; - Walk-in coolers and walk-in freezers; - Residential fireplaces; - Residential and commercial air conditioners; - Re-program, update or relocate your commercial or residential thermostats; - Exhaust hood fans; - Bathroom exhaust fans; - HRV (heat recovery ventilation) units; and - Humidifiers. My rate (due on or before arrival) is $100, and will cover the cost of my diagnosis. My rate is $80/hour for any time spent working on your repair, excluding the cost of any materiels necessary. If you are having problems with any of the pieces of equipment listed, or having problems staying cool this summer, I would be more than happy to help you to repair your existing piece of equipment. Even if you don't already have the existing equipment and would like to get something that best fits your needs, I can come to measure your space and provide you a quote usually within minutes.
