looking for a legitimate philanthropist

I am looking for a millionaire philanthropist to pay all my debts, or at least my student loans to help get my life together. I, like many Canadians, owe Revenue Canada an obscene amount of money and I have personal debts, like credit cards and cell phone bills. Currently I am in a long-term recovery program that is faith based. I spent years of my life incarcerated and before that I spent most of my adult life in and out of psychiatric hospitals since my 19th birthday, where I suffered a major manic episode. Later on in 2017 I was told that I was actually misdiagnosed and over-medicated, and was taken off my medication and ultimately thrown to the wolves in federal prison for a lengthy sentence. I was then given an early release on parole and shortly after my parole ended my legal matters became complicated again and I sat in pretrial custody for 2 years after the police misplaced DNA evidence, which when finally recovered was not a match to me but instead an unknown male. I had horrible legal counsel and would like to pursue legal action against the Crown. However, zero dollars means zero professional representation in our country. Like an odd sort of virtue of the oppressed kind of system to keep the poor in check. I cannot reapply to post secondary until my previous loans are paid. I managed to pay my fines and reobtain my license. But my student loans are somewhere in the $17,000.00 range and I owe the CRA more on top of that for Covid relief money that I was legitimately entitled too, however they seem to think that I was incarcerated during the pandemic which I was not. I was in school and had full custody of my child. Which I've been told is impressive for a male on parole. I just want a new start at life so I can pursue academia and have a healthy relationship with my family. Studying academics is much more fun than studying the Bible in this recovery program. I would like to one day have a degree in sociology and philosophy, cuz I'm always wondering. Not too sure what I could do with the degree but the study of people and groups has my natural interest as I have already studied inmates for lengthy periods. Interesting characters I might add. Please only reply if you want to help me in a legitimate way. There is a hidden piece of Canadian philosophy in this ad, I would be impressed if you could tell me what or where it is.
