Need a drill down a long tube

Description

I need someome who can drill about an inch through soft steel 5/16th size. The thing is that the drill needs to be made in the face of a breech plug. The barel is 1/2inch wide and depth of a metter. Let me know how much. No, im not going to pay you etrns ahead of time, lol.
