Hi, I’m renting a room in my 3 bed 1.5 bath unit near northgate station. Place is ideal for students or working professionals that need quick access to bus or LRT stations. The rent includes: Electricity Gas Water Internet I’ll be furnishing the place and can provide additional furniture if required. Damage deposit is $550 and will be required to book the place. Place is move in ready. Income and rental references required. I'm looking for a 3 month minimum lease and can do month-to-month after that. Place is shared with 2 other roommamtes.
