2001 RAV4 AWD MANUAL read carefully

Price is OBO. This is an estate sale. It's an Active Alberta car but I am not an Alberta human and the sooner I sell it the sooner I get to go home. Shoot me an offer and come get it today. Very clean inside and out. RARE Manual transmission Rav 4 in decent condition runs starts stops shifts fine, the AC works great and there are no known leaks. Comes with two keys. All known issues listed below: Rear driver's side brake line rusted and leaking. NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. You can test drive it in the parking lot (very slowly!) but you must fix the brake line before driving anywhere. Have video of the leak but can't upload it here. Should be towed. Quote (max) 280 to fix plus 120 towing. Can arrange for dad's mechanic to repair the line for you if you pay a deposit. Have a brake line and fittings kit included free of charge if you want to arrange to do it yourself. Tires should be changed. Needs an oil change and tune up as it has been sitting a while. Not a big deal but should be done. Front end is fine. The control arms appear to have been done recently. The mechanic recommended changing the shocks and stabilizer links eventually though not urgent. The brakes are good with plenty of life left in them. There is some rust on the rear part of yhe driver's side rocker panel. The frame and underbody is very solid. It's old and high mileage but still has lots of life left . Will not sell for scrap prices, but eager to clear the parking lot ASAP. Shoot me a realistic offer and tell me when you'd like to pick it up.
