2011 Volvo XC90 R-Design

Description

We’ve owned this since 2018 and have put approx. 80,000 kms on it. It has heated seats, sunroof, blind spot monitors, bluetooth phone, rear park assist. It's a 7-seater. 2 sets of Volvo rims and tires in good shape (summers are on their last season ). It presents very well for its age. It has two sets of factory mats (carpet and rubber for winter), as well as a rubber Volvo trunk liner. Has roof rack/cross bars. Comes with 2 keys and the valet key. No accidents, active status Alberta registration. Here is a summary of the maintenance under my ownership: - 145k D-service at Volvo of Edmonton (transmission flush) - New battery in 2020 - New rear brake pads and rotors 155,000 kms - Replaced all-seasons at 157,000kms (Goodyear Eagle) - Replaced winter tires at 163,500kms (Goodyear WinterCommand) - 176k power steering flush (Karmac) - 178k new serpentine belt (Karmac) - 192k new front brake rotors and pads - 204k oil change, transmission fluid change, maintenance inspection (Karmac) -210k oil change (Jiffy Lube) and new VVT Solenoid *It needs a new rear wheel bearing (making a noise) but it’s likely I get that replaced that before it sells.
