My SERVICES offer: FAIR RATES: Starting at $1.40/square foot for anything requiring two coats, plus $50/door. If you've got spindles or staining, that’s a negotiation. Everything else is included. * Minor drywall repair, calking, and ALL nicks and nail holes. * ALL the trim around doors and windows. * THOROUGH Cleanup is part of the job. I’m an EXCELLENT painter, I enjoy the job, and have over 20 years experience in the trade. I cut like a surgeon and roll like a wave. I Work alone.
