Your responsibilities as "Methods Agent, Operations Support":
*Available work schedules: EVENING, NIGHT, AND WEEKEND
Act as a leader in technical problem solving by coordinating activities with other support departments and providing technical support throughout the entire problem-solving process: including writing and executing action plans, making recommendations, and implementing changes;
Manage short- and/or medium-term projects aimed at optimizing production, reducing costs, and eliminating non-value-added activities;
Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies through close collaboration with engineering, material logistics, quality, and production departments;
Develop aircraft component assembly and manufacturing strategies;
Define the tools required for aircraft component manufacturing or assembly to ensure required geometric tolerancing;
Stay proactive in identifying ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies and participate in research and development projects;
Optimize the processes for writing our work instructions and first production inspections.
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications:
You hold a college degree in engineering or equivalent;
You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
You have experience in the aerospace industry;
You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills;
You are highly proficient in SAP and MS Office, particularly MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of Catia V5 is an asset;
You are a strong team player with solid communication skills, capable of interfacing effectively with numerous business partners;
You must demonstrate strong organizational and leadership abilities and be comfortable in a dynamic and changing work environment.
