Corydon running weights yoga mix buddy

Description

I'm new to the area and I don't want to join a gym that I have to drive to. I noticed there are established running groups that seem appealing but I really like smaller groups that establish better ability to make a routine and nearby friends. It's a shot in the dark when making random posts like this but really I want to meet locals that are close by and I didn't see any posts like this. I want to set up a routine with a few locals to focus on fitness and motivation. I am still learning about Winnipeg and the winters but this will help me to get through it if I can connect with the community.
