Do NOT Rent From TerraCorp!!

We finally moved out of 111 Base Line Road West and at the time we had 39 broken/lifting floor boards. Every single outlet and light switch had cold air blowing through it all winter long. Maintenance would hardly ever show up for scheduled appointments and then never reschedule despite rhe VERY obvious safety hazard! Both my 66 year old mother and my daughter both injured themselves walking on these boards and TerraCorp STILL didn't care! Do yourself a favour and rent from anyone else!!! They do not care about the health and safety of their tenants. This is VERY clear!
