2012 Audi A4 Avant Prestige

The time has come for me to sell my 2012 Audi A4 Avant Prestige (aka fully loaded). This isn’t your average B8 A4 garbage that needs thousands worth of work to get on the road, the car is in good shape for its age and drives as if it where new. Never modified or tuned, mechanic owned and maintained. 2.0T 4 cylinder with AWD. The vehicle has 279’000~kms and rising as it is my daily. For the right buyer, I’ll safety the vehicle within asking price or fair negotiation, to which I am only open to talking about in person after a test drive and having seen the vehicle. Everything works as it should; A/C, heat, double sunroof and power liftgate. Comes optioned with Blind spot monitoring, factory navigation, B&O sound system, memory seats, comfort access entry (hold door handle to unlock and lock) and power liftgate. Added wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto for seamless phone connectivity and hands free calling. Mechanically the car is in top shape, no lights on dash, runs healthy and doesn’t burn oil. Body wise the car is structurally sound and in decent shape, all lifting points (pinch welds) and frames are solid, although there is minor/moderate hail damage on the hood and right hand side of the vehicle which can only be seen in direct view, tried taking pictures to depict but doesn’t show or affect any safety/structure of the car. Overall it’s been a great vehicle and has lots of life left in it, just selling to downsize my fleet of vehicles. Recent work includes RF wheel bearing, Exhaust Clamp/Flange replacement, 4-corner brake pads & rotors, PCV valve assembly and both rear coil springs.
