Our program starts with children aged as young as 18 months and gets them excited about "organized activities." At that age, it's way more about fun and fist pumps than it is about soccer. However, our children quickly progress into kicks, goals and even scrimmages. By the time they hit ages 5 or 6 we introduce them to scrimmages and then onto more competitive play thereafter. We continue to progress through to our oldest kids, who can be as old as 13, and are more focused on game-like situations and skill development. We are currently hiring for Toddler Coaches who have experience working with children ages 2-5 years, and Youth Coaches who have experience working with ages 6 -14 years. Preference for experienced soccer coaches who are able to work with both Toddler and Youth ages. Requirements Passionate about working with and engaging young children is a must. Availability on weekday evenings (between 4pm - 8pm) and/or weekends (between 9am - 12pm on Saturday/ Sunday). Reliable and professional. The role of a Parts coordinator is to efficiently process and manage parts for the collision facility. Parts are a main artery of a collision facility, which is an integral part of the operation and performance. The parts coordinator must have a sense of urgency and an attention to detail. The parts coordinator assists with parts from start to finish. Primary Objectives of the Role Assist Estimator with parts sourcing for claims. (Part pricing, availability, confirmations, finding vendors) Receive parts orders from various vendors, confirm parts billed are in hand and accounted for. Sign for order with vendor. Check parts for shipping damage. Minimize parts delays by capturing mistakes. Mirror match parts to dissembled parts or photos in management system for accuracy. (proper options, finish, correct side of vehicle, quantity) Receive parts on hand immediately in management system upon arrival, scan invoice into management system, and process invoice for payment as per shop payables policy. Enter PPC’S – Part price changes – make team aware for supplement. Organize parts and track for easy location, store parts safely to avoid loss or damage. Label with RO Information. Monitor the RO parts order. If parts order is not 100% fulfilled – work with estimator and other team members to get updated ETAS daily on items, (higher focus on repairs that are WIP, or non-drive claims) Provide detailed update on parts orders and ETAS to estimator, techs, production staff. Assist Techs in locating ordering items required – parts, fluids, hardware etc Stage parts for repair going in to production, ensure techs have everything required. Process returns for parts with vendor, track credits. Re-order parts where required – track ETA and update team members. Keep parts area neat and organized, ensure receiving area is free for deliveries. Practice health and safety guidelines when moving heavy items, and using ladders, or other equipment. The primary objective of the administrator is to identify the customer's needs and find the most effective ways to meet them, offering viable options and efficient solutions. This role involves keeping both the customer and the insurance company informed about the status of each repair, as well as facilitating the smooth flow of all repairs into and out of the shop. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver dependable support and assistance to the management team. Professionally engage with customers in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Collaborate with team members to obtain status updates to relay to the customers. Address all queries and clarify insurance-related procedures and requirements to customers. Ensure that the primary communication method is identified and utilized (phone, email, text). Oversee estimating systems for requests and assignments, make notes upon receipt of assignments, and follow up with customers within 24 hours to arrange appraisal appointments, verify vehicle drivability, towing, etc. Input assignments into the estimating system, including third-party appraisals and record all administrative information (dates). Schedule and arrange insurance or private repair appointments. Inform customers about rental eligibility and book rentals as necessary. Confirm deductibles and communicate this information to customers. Prepare all necessary documentation for claims, including drop-off and pickup packages. Check in all courtesy vehicles after customers return them, noting mileage, fuel level, and any damages. Process payments from customers, insurance companies, and third-party payers. Create files and invoices for repairs, towing expenses, and rental charges. Update insurance companies on repair dates, repairs completed, and deductibles. Guide outside vendors to the appropriate area for parts delivery. Post invoices, scan them into the management system, and manage costs. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, such as office organization and cleaning.
