I'm a certified elementary teacher with the Halifax Regional Centre for Education (teaching since 2010), now offering one-on-one tutoring for Primary–Grade 6 students. What I offer: - Personalized sessions built around your child's actual gaps — not a one-size-fits-all workbook - Focus areas: phonics, reading fluency & comprehension, number sense & math foundations, homework support and study skills - Regular updates after every session on what we covered and how to keep practicing at home Where & when: Sessions at Keshen Goodman Public Library (Clayton Park) or in your home within HRM. Evenings and weekends available. Rates: $60/hr at the library, $65/hr in-home. Buddy Sessions (bring a friend at the same grade level) available for $40/hr per student.
