I am an ‘Architectural Technologist’. For years I was employed-&-worked in-office doing: mainly architectural design&drafting,,, & to a lesser-extent: interior design, structural engineering, & skatepark design&drafting (similar to landscape architecture). I am Building Code knowledgeable/versed, & have a keyword-searchable PDF-copy to refer to. Have been offering my services freelance like this, since 2020. . I can teach a lot, fast. Show you the best way to do things. Give you fast, on-the-spot answers & feedback. A better way to learn than watching Youtube videos. Let's use TeamViewer, a free screen-sharing computer-program. With TeamViewer, both people can be looking @ 1-person's screen (yours or mine) simultaneously, talk to each-other, & control-&-use the cursor. Just using our phones for the talking-to-each-other-part is the easiest I have found. Start a timer once it's all set up & working. $20/hr. A minimum of 2-hours of lessons is required to be prepaid, prior to starting a 1st-lesson. . . HOW THIS WORKS / MY TERMS / PAYMENT SYSTEM . METHOD OF PAYMENT Digital money transfer, for everything. . I charge by the hour. Hourly is the only way I feel comfortable doing this, /am-willing to do this. . * This is not a scam. There is an honest, reasonable person on the other end of this ad, ready to work/draft. I keep honest hours & work as fast as I can. I don't start an hour-timer until I've sat down, have your project/drawing open, & are beginning to start working on it. * . Without any initial-payment, on good-faith I'm willing to start working on your project, up to $100 worth of hours/work. Will send you progress-updates every few days. Progress-updates in the form of screenshots, showing where your drawings are @ presently, & my hours($$) so far. Keeping us both in-the-loop, & accountable. The screenshots are purposely lower-quality visually, as to not be sufficient-enough in quality for people to just print & use those & not pay me. When my work-hours hit one of the payment benchmarks (see next paragraph), I'll send an invoice/payment-request, with the latest screenshots showing the completed drawings. I'll then request all unpaid hours be paid. When a payment is requested, work on your project will pause if not received within 2-days. Every time you pay, I will give you a copy of all of the computer files related to your project @ their current state. The computer files being…the exported multi-page PDF-file of the drawings, as well as the AutoCAD/SketchUp file (in case you need it later). . The next paragraph applies mainly to longer-running architectural-drafting projects. I would like to be paid intermittently as the project goes on, & not just 1-lump-sum @ the end. This is for my payment-security type reasons. When the hours/bill gets to the ~$100 mark, I will show you what I have done so far, & request to be paid that. After that, I want to be paid @ ~$200 intervals. This is what I mean: -When the total hours/bill gets to $100, $100 will need to be paid. (A smaller, early/initial payment, to show me you are serious about this & will be paying your bills.) -When the total hours/bill gets to $300, $200 more will need to be paid. -When the total hours/bill gets to $600, $300 more will need to be paid. .
