Roommate wanted

Hi!! I am looking for a serious room mate. About myself... i am an older responsible working woman, non smoker, no pets, occasional drinker, absolutely no drugs.. i take working seriously and im hoping to find a person who is like me, I like my privacy, meaning my own bedroom. I like to laugh and am pretty quiet for the most part, i need someone i can trust and get to know a little before actually moving in together. It would have to be a mutual trust thing. About you... honest, more mature, likes to laugh, and has a good rental history, as do i. I have come to realize that living alone isnt feasible for me, as i dont want to pay outrages prices for a single person accommodation, thats why i am looking for the perfect rent sharing person who doesnt mind doing dishes or taking out the garbage, and helping with all around chores to keep a clean healthy home... i know im asking alot, but im hoping there is someone else out there who is in the same situation as me... message me and lets find a perfect long term home together!!
