volunteer needed for plumbing problem

Hello. How are you? Im looking for a volunteer plumber to help me. I live in a house of disabled people. We have an upstairs toilet that is leaking into the downstairs bathroom. We are all on fixed incomes & cant afford full price labour & parts expences. We can negociate Please help us. We cant let this problem go on much longer/ become a serious disaster. Please help us.
