Searching for a roommate to share a well-kept large 2-bedroom duplex (front unit)...rent is all-inclusive of utilities and internet...full house privileges including cinematic movie viewing on 82" flat screen TV....I'm easy going and light on rules...just want to enjoy life with peace and harmony! One parking space available as I prefer an older working female who has own transportation; however, all options considered! Beautiful woodland walking trails and a sandy beach nearby at Charleston Lake...Unit is in the quaint town of Lansdowne, just slightly east and north of Gananoque, 5 minutes off the 401...all amenities including town grocery store, convenience store, restaurants, local cafe, and cannabis shop all within walking distance with nearby fairgrounds for evening stroll...1st. and last month expected...can work that out over the first 2 months if needed...Monthly rent is $875.00...I prefer inquiries by phone, but I will also respond by text and email.
