Room for 6 students!!!!

If you’re done with cookie-cutter student rentals, this one is different. This main floor unit has real character: high ceilings, hardwood throughout, and big windows that flood the place with natural light. And then there’s the porch: a massive covered front porch that’s the best hangout spot on the street, rain or shine. The second floor unit has 3 large bedrooms, an amazing loft space to share and a huge back deck that overlooks a private yard. Short walk to Uptown Waterloo's most popular bars and restaurants. Very short walk to campus! Tenants pay their own utlities.
